Best Project Award in the 13th National Competition of mini-companies

Bell-lloc wins the Best Project Award in the 13th National Mini-Competition of between a total of 6,000 students from all over Spain and more than 1,200 entrepreneurship projects. The team will travel to Lille (France) to represent Spain at the European Final JA-YE Europe Company of the Year Competition.

Bell-lloc wins the Best Project Award in the 13th National Mini-Company Competition:

• 6,000 students from all over Spain participated during the 2018/2019 school year in the mini-business program with more than 1,200 entrepreneurship projects.
• The mini-business program increases the entrepreneurial spirit of young people and their educational expectations, according to the impact study developed by the Junior Achievement Foundation.
• The winners of the XIII National Competition will travel to Lille (France) to represent Spain at the European Final JA-YE Europe Company of the Year Competition.

Emprendimiento en estado puro y jóvenes con muchas ganas e ideas innovadoras. Thus, the 13th edition of the mini-companies program organized by the Junior Achievement Foundation has been developed. During the academic year 2018-2019, 6,000 high school students, baccalaureate and vocational training have participated in 170 educational centers throughout Spain. The students, advised by teachers and professional volunteers, have developed more than 1,200 entrepreneurship projects.

The 18 best teams have been selected to participate in the National Competition that was held on 7 and 8 May in Madrid. During the first day, students presented their projects defending the viability of them, and sold their products at a fair open to the public that has taken place at the Madrid Puerta de Atocha station. This morning, after the deliberation of the jury, prizes were given to the Rafael del Pino Foundation.

The winning mini company was Watersave, which under the Erasmus + program has developed a product in the form of a traffic light to raise awareness of the water waste in the shower and reduce its consumption. Its creators, 4th ESO students from the Bell-lloc School of Girona, will represent Spain at the European Final JA-YE Europe Company of the Year Competition which will take place in Lille (France) from July 3-5. More than 200 young people from 35 countries will meet in this competition organized by Junior Achievement Europa in which the best 2019 project will be selected
