At mixed school, many boys shy away from joining things like choir or drama for fear of being branded unmasculine. At an all-boys school, they can worry less about fitting a gender stereotype, because all participants are boys. Boys\u2019 active participiation in the music and the arts helps them explore and educate their emotional intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>Bell-lloc\u2019s Little Choir dates back to 1990. For many years, it was conducted by Xavier Oliver, a primary school teacher at Bell-lloc. Nowadays, the Little Choir is developed within an extracurricular activity led by Gemma Gonz\u00e1lez.
